  • Payments are made in two instalments. The first instalment (50%) is when you’ve accepted our proposal. The second instalment (remaining 50%) will be due before we deliver all of the design files.

  • We accept bank transfers and Paypal. Payment details will be on your invoice.

  • We will mainly reach out to you via Skype/Zoom and email. We’re also happy to meet face to face.

  • Full branding and website design projects usually take around 1-2 months depending on the nature of the project. The project length is clearly specified in our proposal.

  • We accept payment in 3 instalments. Please ask for this option when we send your quote!

  • Yes! Please contact us with details about your deadlines and project requirements to get a personal offer.

  • We cannot refund the payments for completed work. Projects can however be terminated before the end date. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

  • Yes! We offer 2 revisions that you won’t need! Our design process allows us to get a clear and concise idea of the direction that you’d like to take, enabling us to hit the mark each time.
